Climate change issues and carbon credit issues should be properly disseminated to the public not only in the US but throughout the world. They should be published in all forms of information media like tv, internet, radio, prints, seminars, schools and other means.

Climate Change is a scientific phenomenon. I just don't know how many of the law makers really understand what climate change is and what are the scientific solutions to this problem. If the laws have been promulgated by way of accepting demands from mere lobbyists, or lobbyists pretending to be environmentalists then they can never make a sensible law. They should have formulated a forum or committee in-charge of the drafting composed of scientific societies, and universities specializing in the study of climate change.
